Free but non-members must RSVP

Lucy Evans Baylands Nature Interpretive Center
2775 Embarcadero Way, Palo Alto, CA
7:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Decades after the Vietnam war ended, harmful effects of Agent Orange are still being felt by millions of Americans and Vietnamese, including children. This is a humanitarian concern we can all do something about. David Coleman seeks to raise awareness about this problem and highlight solutions. David will also present bodies of work depicting four families affected by Agent Orange. Please join us for this heart-felt presentation. Due to the sensitive nature of the images presented, no children will be allowed without prior parental consent.

David Coleman was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. An artist who mainly captures travel and landscape photography, David also offers a series of popular workshops in photography as well as printing services and one-to-one private sessions in the San Francisco Bay area.

His most recent images are of Vietnam. If these images have a mission, it is this: to capture rarely viewed foreign cultures, scenes, and environments in order to present them honestly and in an interesting way. Whatever the locale, on the best of days these images will prompt many unexpected feelings and thoughts for the viewer.

David Coleman is based in Redwood City, California. You can view more of his images at or follow his photographic endeavors on
