Note the following changes to our Annual Competitions for 2022.

All Competitions: Entries must be images taken in 2021 or 2022.

Print Competition: As in 2021, members may submit up to three images, from five categories, with at most two entries in any single category. All three submissions may be designated as submitted to the Anne MacKenzie Competition as well.

Digital Competition: Members may submit up to twelve images, down from fifteen in prior years.


Definitions of the competition categories as well as information about preparing and submitting images can be found under the Competition Menu.

Our judge for the annual Digital competition is Deborah Loeb Bohren.

Our judge for the annual Print competition is Victoria Mara Heilweil
and the Anne MacKenzie Award is Ben Long.
