An image by PACC member Marcia Lepler, Tranquility, has been selected as one of twelve images for inclusion in the Square Exhibition at the Decode Gallery in Tucson. Decode’s call for entry solicited photography of any genre in a square format. Holly Hart, a conceptual fine art photographer and gallery director for Decode, was the juror. The exhibition will run June 1 through June 29.
Marcia says: I took the photo in the Mission Peak Regional Preserve in Fremont, known for its beautiful spring wildflowers, on a cold & foggy weekday. My husband & I saw few, if any, other people. It was so quiet and beautiful on the trail. What caught my eye was the distant fog-shrouded tree & rolling hills in contrast with the colorful poppies & green grass in the foreground.
