We have currently closed registrations so that we can manage numbers with Michaels. However, we can probably still get you on the list. Please reach out to Suszi McFadden if you would like to join us.

You don't want to miss our Annual Awards Presentation and Dinner, our special social event of the year. This is a great time to gather in-person to celebrate another year of inspiring photography, learning and friendships. 

Come a bit early, grab a beverage at the no-host bar and meet and mingle with members and guests. We will show all the images submitted to the Annual Competition on a large screen during the reception and dinner. After dinner, awards
 will be presented for the winning Digital and Print Images of 2025, along with the special Anne MacKenzie Fine Art Award.

Dinner price is $50 per person for Member and Guests


You do not need to be present to win awards in the Annual Competition, but it will feel so much better to be there in person when your Award is announced. If you prefer to attend the Awards Presentation without having dinner, you may attend the Reception at no charge. The adjacent bar (and grill) area will be open until 7pm. 

Payment is due at the time you book your reservation. You will be directed to pay with a major credit card using the button in the Right Column "Book Dinner(s) Now". If you don’t see this button, you need to log into www.pacamera.com first, then refresh this event page.

NOTE: If you prefer not to use a major credit card for payment, don't let that stop you, you can write a check. Checks should be made out to: Palo Alto Camera Club. Please note on check that the amount is for the Annual Awards Presentation and Dinner Event. Mail checks to: 555 Bryant Street, #314, Palo Alto,  CA  94301 (It may take up to 10 days for us to receive and process the check.) You have the option of printing out an invoice for your records.

Registration is closed - Event is full
Payment In Full In Advance Only
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before Jan 15 at 11:59pm are unrestricted and refunded in full.

After Jan 15, we will allow cancellations to the extent PACC does not suffer an additional cost from Michael's due to the cancellation.

If PACC Cancels the event, all payments are refunded.
