Two images by PACC member Peche Turner have been selected for inclusion in the Black & White exhibition at the auburn art gallery in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles non-profit auburn art gallery invited photographers from around the world to submit entries shot on black and white film or edited from digital for this exhibition. Matt Harding, founder of auburn art gallery, was the juror. Twenty-eight images were selected for the exhibition.
The Laundress: This image was taken when I was walking around the perimeter wall of the old city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. I saw this lady hanging her laundry out her window in one of the historic buildings, and she looked "vintage" too, like she belonged to the old world.

Into the Woods: Mike Goldstein loaned me a Fujifilm camera to try out, it was overcast and drizzly but I wanted to test the Fuji so I went walking in the rain at Fitzgerald marine preserve. This image reflects the gray weather well.
