An image by PACC member Allyson Ely was one of three images awarded Honorable Mention by The Image Flow Photography Center in its recent Photo of the Month – Reflections – competition. Submissions were evaluated based on composition, color, contrast, and overall quality. In addition to technical components, the subject of interest, point of view, and alignment with the theme, Reflections, were taken into consideration. Photo of the Month winning images are featured in the Image Flows’ gallery, Instagram and Facebook pages.
Allyson says: Enigma Variation No. 1 was taken on the Stanford campus. Part of a current project entitled The Enigma Variations, this series explores the transformative effect of light through shadows, reflections and layering.
