Exhibition by Judy Kramer at the EcoCenter

The Environmental Volunteers’ EcoCenter will present an exhibition by PACC member Judy Kramer.  The exhibition, Every Bird Has a Story, comprises 17 of Judy’s images of local birds and will run from January 20 through March 28.

 

The opening reception will take place this Saturday, January 20, from 2 to 4:30 PM.  It will include a running slideshow showcasing her photos of birds from the western United States, Costa Rica, and Africa.  Notecards, books, and 20x16-inch matted prints will be for sale, with 25% of sales benefitting Environmental Volunteers.  Attendance is free, and refreshments will be served.  Pre-registration is not required, although registration through EventBrite is appreciated.

The EcoCenter is at 2560 Embarcadero Road in Palo Alto, east of US 101 and across the street from the Duck Pond.  

 

The Environmental Volunteers organization was founded in 1972, and its mission is to promote the understanding of and responsibility for the environment through hands-on environmental education.  The EcoCenter is a public nature center with exhibits, activities, and events.  It offers a wide range of educational opportunities for visitors of all ages.
