Photography and socializing at two very different locations on the nearby Pacific Coast. Join other club members and their guests at San Gregorio State Beach and/or JV Fitzgerlad Marine Reserve

We will be at San Gregorio Beach from 10:30am to 12:00pm, Picnic lunch from 12:00 to 12:30pm and then go to JV Fitzgerald Marine Reserve from 1:00pm to 3:00pm

The trips is designed to be social as well as a photography event. It is suited to for non-photographer family members to attend- as the official lodging is family oriented

As with previous Big Field Trips, they are designed so you go for 1, 2, 3 or 4 days - whichever fits your schedule and preferences.

PACC member Jennifer Fraser’s image from Myanmar, Timing is All, is the October image for the AARP Foundation’s 2020 calendar. The theme of this year’s calendar is New Discoveries. The mission of the Foundation is to end senior poverty, and the annual calendar is a gift to donors.

PACC Member Ken Fowkes has been awarded 1st place in the Abstract/Adult category of the 2020 Peninsula Photo Contest for his image, Pondside.

Ken says: Pondside was taken with a quick upward flick of a long lens. Camera motion has blended the plants growing at a pond’s edge with the light reflecting from its surface. Details are erased, inviting us to explore the scene through color, shape, and texture.
